The forums has many good and bad qualities. Their staff is very friendly but rarely actually follows through with what they say. I love the apartment though and definitely got lucky with some awesome, randome roommates!
So far living here has been great. My only complaint is having to moving in towards the end of August, paying rent, and then paying rent again on the 1st. It honestly makes no sense.... I get business is businesss but personally that’s just fraudulent in my opinion. Especially with student housing ... there should be a better understanding.
Living at the Forums this year has been horrible! The management is unprofessional. It took almost a month for maintenance to come fix issues in our apartment and we still haven’t received a new trash can that we asked for 2 months ago.
Good experience, however the walls are very thin so you can hear everything. The cap on water/electricity is also very low so it’s very hard not to go over and get extra charges.
I signed at a one-bedroom unit. I am grateful that the Forum offers the opportunity to live alone while still living in a student living complex. I enjoy the amenities such as the pool, fitness center, and study rooms.
The location of the forum is convenient, and I love that there is a bus route which comes right to the front. All of the amenities are great, however the front gate hasn’t been working since I’ve been here, and a few things in my apartment were broken when I moved in.
The forum is a nice place for college students and there is always something going on. The staff in the leasing center are great and the maintence crew are thorough with their work.
So far everything has been pretty good here. For the most part, it has been quiet and I haven’t incountered any issues where I don’t feel safe. It does take a lot to get maintenance to come. Also, the rent is not posted until the day it is due. The apartment was not clean when we moved in. Other than that everything else has been good.
the living space itself isn’t bad, but the management most of the time is very slow and not helpful. i’ve had to wait weeks to get my mail, and visitors signing up through an app is extra and dumb.
Place is nice. Fun things to do. The indoor basketball court is probably one of the coolest parts, along with the new sand volleyball courts.
Living at the forums is pretty nice however, they’re late to getting back to you on some of the amenities they are supposed to offer, and I’ve been having a lot of issues with visitor parking lately. They recently started usuing a new app for parking and you are only allowed to only have two visitors per 24 hours and must register their cars as well. Anyone who visits that isn’t registered in your ap anyone who visits that isn’t registered in your app is towed.
Good Community. But, they need to be more organized when they are having the students move in. Only problem that we had was the room assignment between the roommates in the apartment.
Nice amenities, location is close to the school that I go to, buses come when they’re supposed to, workout room is always clean and nice, pool is nice
Quiet and quaint. Nice place to live. Sometimes maintenance takes a while, and my mail doesn't show up in my mailbox until over a week after it's delivered, but those are my only complaints.
Management could be better about making sure the pool is clean, random people aren't using our pool, and all the broken machines in the gym are fixed. Other than that, Forums is not a bad place.
The forums are an okay apartments if you are just starting off living own your own. I have no complaints about the apartment except i would like a bigger room
Nice place to live, with a friendly staff! All of my questions are always answered in a timely manner, and with very knowledgeable responses.
Not good at all...a total mess from before we moved in. No one is willing to help and our apartment actually looks like no one even cleaned it.
Living at the Forum has been great. I am a graduate student living in a one bedroom and I was concerned that it would be loud because it is a student housing community, but it has been fine. Only reason I gave 4.5 stars is because the fan in the bathroom is very loud
The apartments interior and exterior is pretty nice for student living. So far order requests haven't taken forever to complete. I only have two complaints. Seems like things break very often in this apartment, and I hope I won't be charged for what should be normal wear and tear. The mail is also held in the leasing office for several weeks, I moved in a month ago and they still haven't sorted all of it. Pretty sure that isn't legal. Other than that I can't really complain.
Leasing agents are very attentive and are easily available to to find on grounds st all times. Gym facility could be a little bit flea but besides that everything else is great
Management/office staff has gotten SO much better over the past few months! Amenities are great. Apartments are nice! They will charge you for anything and everything, but that’s typical apartment complexes. Overall it’s been a good 3 years here!
The ammenties and staff are awesome and the fact that it is close to work and school it a great bonus for me. I like that it’s also not noisy
So far I like the apartment. Other than being too close to a train track! I like the pool, volleyball courts and how maintenance requests are followed through.
apartment was dirty upon move, had to clean for 3 straight days before I could actually start moving my things in. roommate doesn't have pet deposit down and has 2 pets living her. maintenance closed work orders after NOT completing any of them.
